Private, One-on-One Sessions

Held in a confidential setting, one-on-one workout sessions are structured specifically around you. Your ABS Fitness trainer will be actively engaged in the workout, exercising alongside you to ensure proper form is adhered to. An hour in length, each session is geared to increase strength and improve flexibility and endurance.

Group Sessions

Promoting long-term weight loss while building lean muscle, group sessions with ABS Fitness include up to several like-minded individuals who prefer to workout in small class-like settings. Led by certified fitness trainer Abigail, each group fitness class is structured to make working out fun!

Boot Camps

Amping up the intensity, ABS Fitness boot camps are meant to push your physical limits in a safe, yet highly effective way. Getting your heart pumping, we work to incinerate calories, destroy fat and encourage muscle growth with each grinding workout.

Customized Workout Programs

Only after a full physical assessment do we construct your personal workout program. With the knowledge of what your body needs to restore joint and muscle function, we work together to create a fun experience for you that allows you to always feel excited about your next workout session.

Women’s Basic Workout Program

Our workouts will train a different muscle every day. With our basic program, you can train whatever muscle, whatever day you want. If you want to train your legs on Monday, and then again on Thursday, you can! Our program has women training legs twice a week because the goal is to get that “peach butt,” right? To get the best results with this program you will have to follow our program rep by rep, set by set. The recommended time that you should follow this program is 6-12 weeks. For maximum results use this program for 12 weeks.

Recommendation: If you are a beginner, start with light weights and increase the weight with each week that you continue this program. For example, if you are using 10-pound weights the first week, use 15-pound weights on week two.

Stretching: It’s important to stretch before all workout programs. Not only will it help with soreness, it will help with your performance. Help prepare your muscles for the workout and improve your flexibility and mobility by stretching. 10 minutes of stretching is recommended.

Men’s Basic Workout Program

Our workout program will train a different muscle every day. You choose what muscle you want to train on which day. For maximum results, you should follow this program for 6-16 weeks, with 16 providing the best results. Our programs have worked for us and they will work for you if you are disciplined and do the recommended amount of reps and sets.

Recommendation: If you are a beginner, start with light weights and increase the weight with each week that you continue this program. For example, if you are using 15-pound weights the first week,  use 20-pound weights on week two.

Stretching: It’s important to stretch before all workout programs. Not only will it help with soreness, it will help with your performance. Help prepare your muscles for the workout and improve your flexibility and mobility.

Water Intake for the Men’s and Women’s Basic Programs

Your muscles are composed of approximately 80% water. A reduction in body water can affect your performance in your workout programs as well as the recovery of your muscles. Water is the key to fat metabolism. It’s necessary to flush the waste and toxins out of your body.

Recommendation: Drink ten 8 oz. glasses of water.

Weight Loss Program

You will lose weight if you follow this program exactly and don’t cheat yourself out of results. We have designed this program to blast fat and transform your body. For best results, continue this program for a minimum of 6 weeks to 12 weeks. If you want to challenge yourself, continue this program for 14-16 weeks, increasing the sets, reps, and time on all the exercises with each week. Start losing stubborn fat today!

Water Intake for the Weight Loss Program

Larger people metabolize loads, therefore they will need more water. Water is the key to fat metabolism. Water will also help with your performance in your program and the recovery of your muscles. It will also prevent sagging skin as you lose the weight. Shrinking cells are buoyed by water, which plumps the skin.

To utilize water most efficiently during weight loss, follow this schedule:

Morning: Drink 20 oz. over a 30 minute period

Noon: Drink 20 oz. over a 30 minute period

Mid-Day: Drink 20 oz. over a 30 minute period

Evening: Drink 20 oz. over a 30 minute period
