As your local personal fitness trainers in the Apollo Beach and Riverview areas, we have always focused our sights on ensuring superior results.

Combining fitness sessions and personal workout plans with nutritional guidance and motivational counseling, our program is unique in its approach to wellness. Our entire staff is committed to your goals as much as you are, acting as your personal guide along your path to optimal health and wellness.

Structured around your individual health status, physical limitations, and objectives, our fitness programs are meant to ensure success through fun and motivating workouts. We offer our valued clients the following options:

Primitive Pass

We’re thrilled to introduce our new program, and registration couldn’t be easier. Simply visit our booking page to secure your spot. With our personalized booking page, you’ll experience a high level of accountability and structure, as we’ll send you regular reminders to keep you on track and motivated throughout your fitness journey. Get ready to embark on a transformative and rewarding experience with us!

  • WOD (workout of the day on the board, available to all Primitive clients)
  • 3x weekly exploration of the gym, on their own, but trainers will be in the building, for guidance, form, workout building, and good energy!
  • Access to commercial grade equipment that not all gyms have!
  • All primitive members also get 1, 1 on 1, personal training session a month to schedule with a trainer

Private, One-on-One Sessions

Held in a confidential setting, one-on-one workout sessions are structured specifically around you. Your ABS Fitness trainer will be actively engaged in the workout, exercising alongside you to ensure proper form is adhered to. An hour in length, each session is geared to increase strength and improve flexibility and endurance.

Group Sessions

Promoting long-term weight loss while building lean muscle, group sessions with ABS Fitness include up to several like-minded individuals who prefer to workout in small class-like settings. Led by certified fitness trainer Abigail, each group fitness class is structured to make working out fun!

Online Training Programs

We are looking for individuals wanting to take their health and fitness goals to the next level!!!

We will personally help you achieve your goals week after week providing you with accountable check ins and nutritional coaching that will set you on the right path to success. ✅
